The Mall "Model"

I feel like if malls are struggling to attract people, then they should look at their core business model and understand that they are there to serve both stores selling clothes to individuals, and serving individuals looking to purchases goods. If that is the case then, there is an opportunity to give more tailored attention to individuals to help add value by giving them time and helping them curate all of the offerings within the mall.
